Terms of Use

Effective date: September 9, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to the Ganymedus website and service (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

1. The Service

Ganymedus provides AI-assisted management, planning, coordination, knowledge, transcription, and work-review functions. Features may evolve, be added, or be removed. We may offer free, trial, or paid plans with separate limits and commercial terms.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. A personal account may participate in multiple independent workspaces. Workspace owners and administrators control membership and access to workspace data. Losing access to a work email does not automatically transfer ownership of a personal account, but the organization may remove access to its workspace.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and protect the Service. You confirm that you have the rights, notices, consents, and lawful basis needed to submit personal data, meeting recordings, documents, and third-party content.

4. Meeting recordings

You are responsible for giving legally required notice and obtaining consent before recording, transcribing, or analyzing a meeting. Do not use recording features where recording is prohibited or where required permission has not been obtained.

5. AI output and human responsibility

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review plans, evaluations, summaries, extracted commitments, and proposed actions before relying on them. Ganymedus is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, employment, or medical advice. You remain responsible for management, employment, payment, and other consequential decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, mislead people about AI identity, bypass permissions, distribute malware, probe or disrupt security, scrape the Service at unreasonable scale, or make automated high-impact decisions without legally required safeguards and human review.

7. Integrations and agents

Third-party integrations are governed by their providers' terms. You are responsible for permissions granted to integrations and agents. Credentials must not be placed in ordinary instructions or shared with unauthorized people. Actions that affect external systems may require separate configuration and approval.

8. Fees

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the prices, taxes, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms presented at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already charged are non-refundable.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the Service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Ganymedus or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

11. Service availability and warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be correct. Consumer rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ganymedus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made from AI output. Any aggregate liability will be limited to amounts paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We will provide notice of material changes as appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@ganymedus.com. Governing-law and formal operator details should be specified in the applicable order form or commercial agreement.
